Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?


You may use the "Note" box located on the order form to request a particular time of day for your delivery. We will do our best to honor your request, however, we cannot guarantee the time request without confirmation from our customer service department. Delivery times outside our delivery area cannot be guaranteed, therefore, please call us for detailed information.




Is the information I provide during the checkout process kept private?


All information is held in strictest confidence. We do not trade, rent or sell this information to outside companies. We only use this information to personalize your shopping experience, as well as notifying you about special offers, services and enhancements.




Do you deliver on Weekends and Holidays?


Local delivery in the greater Miami Dade area is available on Weekends and Holidays. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on for the mentioned situations outside our delivery area as it is not a standard delivery.




What happens if the recipient isn't there to accept the order?


Because we personally deliver all orders in Miami Dade Area, it's never a problem that the recipient may have stepped away during the attempted delivery. If you have any specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, be sure to enter them into the "Special Delivery Instructions" field during check out. Otherwise, the delivering person may choose to:
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time of your gift (Make sure to leave the contact info). - Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time. - Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).




What happens if the flower toy and/or bouquet I ordered are unavailable?


Floral substitutions, while rare, are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. Our Flower Chef will always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using fresh flowers of equal value, should a substitution be required.




Will my order look exactly like the one in the photo?


When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color substitutions of flowers may be necessary. We make every effort to ensure that the flowers featured on our pages are in season and available. Some flowers may not always be available. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value. Because of the popularity of some floral arrangements, we also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and decorative containers with ones similar in shape, color, value, and style.





Can I add a gift message?


Yes, to send out your www.dreamtoyflowers.com purchase as a gift, simply write personalized message in "Note" text field on the product page. We'll take care of the rest.




Can I place an order for international delivery?


We would be happy to help you send flowers internationally. Please call us direct for assistance with placing your order. Any order for delivery outside the U.S. or Canada is considered international.




If I place an order for an arrangement, can it be delivered on the same day?


Generally yes, we can accommodate same-day deliveries as long as the order is placed before 13PM local time. There will be exceptions to this as deliveries are dependent on the drivers’ route, which varies daily. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.




How do I know if my order has been delivered?


You can call +1(786) 818-0424. A delivery confirmation is usually sent via email, once the delivery has been made and it has been entered it into our system. In addition, we can send you a picture with the recipient with his agreement, or you will likely receive a phone call from a thankful recipient!




Can I cancel at any time?


You may cancel your order with DreamToyFlowers.com unless the order is already being worked on or in transit. For peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, no cancellations are permitted 4 business days before delivery date. In order to request an order cancellation, please contact us.
